Home / Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis)

Golfer’s elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis, is an overuse injury that causes pain on the inner side of the elbow. It occurs when the tendons that connect the forearm muscles to the medial epicondyle of the humerus (the bony prominence on the inside of the elbow) become irritated or torn. Despite the name, golfer’s elbow can affect anyone, not just golfers. Repetitive motions, particularly those involving gripping or swinging, are the most common causes.
At Peak Performance Family Chiropractic, we provide non-invasive, holistic treatments that focus on alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, and promoting the natural healing process of the elbow joint.

Chiropractic care offers a natural, non-invasive solution to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and restore normal function to the elbow joint. Unlike medications or invasive procedures, chiropractic care addresses the root cause of golfer’s elbow by improving movement, enhancing blood flow, and supporting muscle and tendon healing.
