Dr. Connor recommended laser and shockwave therapy, and Peak Performance was able to schedule him promptly and begin treatment almost immediately. During the competition, he performed pain-free and went on to earn first place, securing the title of National Champion. Every visit at peak they take the time to see what ails you that day and give extra focus to the issues. Each visit they feel along the entire spine, lower back and shoulder to find what needs work. Tina Sweeney7 November 2024I have been in the Customer Service industry for 40+ years and I am somewhat picky when it comes to the quality of customer service I receive. This office goes above and beyond my expectations (just saying, things certainly have changed since COVID) and I leave there feeling like I'm their #1 patient. My insurance requires a referral for chiropractic care and Peak Performance called me the day after they received the referral in order to schedule my appointment. They didn't look down on me since I only have a Medicaid based insurance plan, which is a big plus for me. They sent their patient forms to me through text, another big plus, and they sent a "reminder of appointment" text another thing I appreciate. Their office is clean and organized and I instantly got the impression that the staff really enjoy what they do and are happy to help. When I met Dr. Eric, he immediately made me feel at ease (and this dude knows his stuff). Our first meet was a consultation and from that he felt x-rays would be necessary so he could really see what he was dealing with. I'm 59 and don't let a little back ache here and there slow me down. I got x-rays 2 days later and Wow! no wonder I can't bend some days! Dr. Eric, the professional that he is, had worked up a plan of action to relieve me of some of my discomfort. I am highly impressed with not being treated like "just another older lady" with aches and pains. 5 stars for sure, they will definitely help you!Posted on Google

Since this was my first time at the new facility, Gloria offered to show me around. I was blown away by the size and look of the new place. Everything from the comfortable exam rooms, to the new salt water baths (which I am strongly considering trying), is amazing. I really like the design choices. You know you're in a medical facility, but it feels like something out of Country Living magazine. The look really adds to the comfort of their facility. Dr. Eric and Dr. Brooke have always treated their clients like family, and they treat their client's conditions with the care and seriousness you would expect from a top notch family facility. I have been a client with them for around 4 years, and I plan on continuing to be a client for years to come. I highly recommend Peak Performance Family Chiropractic for your chiropractic care.
